now the day flax seeds and oils are famous for their heart friendly properties as it contains ALA (an essential fatty acid - omega-3) it lowers your bad cholesterol (LDL)and improves good cholesterol (HDL)
research's has shown the benefits of flax seed in cancer protection.
flax seed are help full in constipation because they are high in soluble fibers.
