for optimum health the total bodyweight is irrelevant having a lower than average amount of body fat is more important than being light on the scale.

Truly, you should be about 145 to 165 depending on your bone structure. Never less or more. You would be anorexic if you weighed 122. I'm 5'4 and I way 124. At any bone frame, I still am underweight.

Depends...I'm same age, height, but not a vegetarian and I'm not the fittest person! If I had to guess, I'd say from 50-65 kgs (I think thats around 105-130 lbs).

Given your height, I'd say your best weight is probably in a range from 120-130 lbs.
