I live in a small apartment on the 2nd floor and I'm thinking about adding some cardio into my exercise. I was wondering what would be some good machines or exercises that I could do/buy, and at the same time, not cause a lot of noise and distraction to my neighbors? I'm looking for something that's relatively inexpensive, durable, and most importantly, can provide a descent workout. Thanks!

I have a small collapsible treadmill that I can fold up against the wall in my bedroom. Mine doesn't have a motor and is a little flimsy so it makes some noise (when I'm running you can hear me pounding as my foot hits the ground). Still it's held up for about 3 years now, and it works. So I like it. You can't beat the price either. Even has a timer so you can see your MPH, calories burned, time, and distance.

Great post! I totally understand how you feel. I'm also trying to lose weight and I found this great product which is working for me (it's all 100% natural). You can check the website at
http://www.be-happy-diet.us , I had a free trial and paid less than $7.00 shipping and handling. Best of luck!

Wouldn't your best bet be joining a gym which has a variety of cardio equipment to work with.? There are also very good instructors who will advise you on the use of the equipment and the one to suit your goals.
