I had a bowl of Honeycomb cereal, for breakfast. (About 2 servings. Fat free milk.) For lunch, I had a salad wrap, (chicken breast, and lettuce of multi-grain bread.) For dinner, I had salmon, about 5 oz. I think...And green tea for after. Oh and I had plenty of water throughout the day. About 3 bottles.

Well i ate A bowl of special K and lunch i had a tuna salad and for dinner a grilled chicken sandwich on whole wheat bread.
And all through the day a gallon of spring water with crystal light :)

umh if your tyring to loose weight you might want to incorporate water and lots of it and maybe a banana or a peach something thats good try no more coffee or only a cup a day is good i had a bagel for breakfest then for lunch i had a ham and cheese and lettuce and pickle sandwich and for dinner im not sure yet ive also drank 4 water bottles today!

plain yoghurt with honey and maple-pecan granola
A cup of coffee with milk and maple syrup (I don't use sugar - blah!)
a few of my partner's fries
a handful of dry special K as a snack (YUM!!)
... I think that is it.. but now I am thinking of cheddar cheese!!!
We are having ham, broccoli and cheese, squash and spicy carrot soup for dinner. I think I'll wait for dinner for the cheddar cheese (for the broccoli and cheese sauce)
Oops, I forgot, for lunch I ate 3 mandarin oranges and pomegranate tea.

A small bowl of cereal and a big dumpling for breakfast ,a few small cookies, some Korean soup for lunch, a few cookies, and half of a small jamba juice. Wow, and it's only 2:18 P.M.
