I am a recovering meth addict and I read about how dopemine can help in recovery but couldn't find how to get it. Is it something that is found in dietary supplements? Is it a prescription type thing? OTC? Or is it just something that my body produces and that is all there is to it?

Dopamine is prescription only. It is used for Parkinson's disease patient. In prescription form, you receive it as Levodopa, and in your body it is synthesized to regular dopamine. Your body does make it, also.
