Both! Organic milk has its' attributes and soy milk, which must be organic to be safely consumed by the way, has other important components for health. I indulge in both!

They are both complete proteins, but soy is already in so many products that you are better off with the organic milk. People get too much soy. Just check the salad dressing you use. It likely has soy! The milk probably has more protein than the soy milk anyway and the sugar in it is natural sugar, but table sugar like soy milk has.

soy it has allot of supplements now, and I've read recently that proteins in milk destroy antioxidants in tea & coffee, i made the switch to silk vanilla soy it froths the same 4 my cappicino

The best is fresh clean raw milk.

Drink whatever one you like. Both are healthy drinks when part of a well balanced diet. I assume that you have no allergies or intolerances to either one.
