Should I lose weight: 15 yrs old, 5 foot 3 or 4, and 120lbs.
Im in track, and I know that the weight I have gained has made me stronger and faster. However, Im still a girl, and I miss looking skinny. I think losing some weight would make me feel so much better, because I feel like crap and fat right now. Should I do what makes me feel happy, or what? any suggestions on how to lose weight heathy? thanks

You miss looking skinny ? Goodness girl- 120 pounds at 5'4" is NOT fat. Seriously my friend, I wouldn't try to lose weight. Being underweight is as unhealthy as overweight. If you're in track, most likely a lot of your weight is muscle and if you try to lose weight, you'll either end up losing muscle mass (why would you want that if you're in track ?) or you'll lose what little fat stores you have (again, you need that for track as well).

Stay healthy & be smart ;-)

Have a blessed Christmas :-)

Are you serious?? I WISH I was 120lbs still!!!

I'm 5'3" also, but over the years I've gone from 115 to 215 at my highest, and now I'm down to 180, and still working on dropping that even though it's really hard. I wish I was still at 120.

I'm sure you look great. However, if you feel like you need to lose weight, only do so to lose a few pounds. You don't want to look unhealthy.
