not those super muscular or those muscle sticking out i just want a lil muscle like that.FYI i am just abit fat not the totally fat just abit more than average abit..please help

ive lost 50 pounds and im having trouble with loose skin folding.. how do i get rid of it?
im a student last yr of high school and i cant go to the gym and i have asthma so i cant run or anything

the only equipment i have is 12lb dumbbells.. i havent been using them though

help me please

I need to know what is a good time schedule to eat before working out,and how long after. When I don't eat I don't feel like I have the energy to have a good workout,but when I eat to close to working out ,I feel sluggish.
I don't want to ruin the gains of working out by eating too soon after working out either.
If anyone knows a good educated answer and reason,please let me know.
I do mostly cardio ,light weights,and running on track.
Trying to get on a good schedule and finding it difficult to do so,and feeling right about giving it a good workout without feeling sluggish ,or not having enough energy to give it a good workout thanks.

I;m only 13 for goodness sake, and I weigh 80kg! It's so emabarrraaaassssinnnnggggg!!! I go to this school where people there are so skinny and they wear XS, S and M ... I have to specially order the 3XL! I'm like the only fat one there, I swear, I'm not lying! I become so insecure, I find myself holding back from letting my friends see how nice and cool I really am. And I always get picked on!!! People avoid me cos I;m FAT!

I'm currently working out like a psycopath and drastically cutting my calorie intake to try and get a six pack. I pretty much have a washboard stomach already, and I'm pleasing on the eyes ( amateur model ).

But could not having a six pack be a dealbreaker in a relationship? I'm saying, if you see a guy on the beach, does he need six pack abs to be considered hot?

Ok, So I am 5'8" and I weigh 154.
I have gained 20 lbs in a year and recently gained 12 lbs in 2 months because of a new birth control.
I would like to lose this weight in 3 or 4 months. (Hard I know).
I would love any suggestions. Or even ways I can motivate myself. I hate having this weight on me!!
Also, I am a college student so dieting is more difficult for me than it may seem.

im on a diet and i havent been eating rice or anything white bread.
i admit when i really want bread i have whole grain wheat bread, but only a few little peices. and i eat fruits and vegetables, but i barely eat alot all day (i only eat like 2-4 fruits a day)

i eat lettuce and drink tons of water. if i eat meat, i only eat a little peice of chicken. and if my parents want to eat from outside (probably like once eevery two weeks) i only have the soup, vegetables, or a peice of steamed chicken

thats all ive been having, and i USED to eat a tiny spoon of peanut butter because i thought it was good, but i dont anymore. ive been on this diet since last tuesday or monday. am i doing good?!

i want to lose 20-30 pounds by feburary because in school we start swimming and i want to feel comfortable in my clothes. i want to drop down 5 jean sizes

i am 14 yrs old, 145-150 pounds, and im 5'8 (yerr. im tall :])

If I do sit ups for 10 minutes straight every other day...how long would it take for me to get a flat tummy. I weigh 100 and stand at 4'11. I have a little chub but I would like to make that completely flat with no jiggle. The 10 minute sit ups i did last night are really hurting my stomach are in pain right now...

Well i have to hand in my Course work by tommorow, and i have so much to do if go to sleep im gonna miss the deadline. I'm thinking of drinking coffee to keep me up, but when i was a kid one of my family members made me taste it and it was horrible! since then i have never touched it again. I was Just wandering, if I drink some coffee tonight will it keep me up? if yes..,.. how do you make urs without that bitter taste!? i'm really sleepy, I have been working so hard for the last 4 weeks I only get 3-4 hrs of sleep a night!


I cant wait for next week to sleep till 4 in the afternoon. lol
