What are your best weightloss tips and advice..?

Dont go "on" diet- you will go "off" it pretty soon.
Eat 5-6 small meals a day, follow food pyramid- make healthy food choices
drink at least 8 glasses of water a day
use fitday.com to track your intake
never starve/deprive yourself
do cardio 4-6 times a week for average of 45min and light weight training a few times a week
avoid simple carbs

Remember that everyone's body is different, not just in size and shape, but in nutritional needs. Talk to your doctor about finding a diet that's right for you. Take a multivitamin. Do NOT starve yourself. Starving yourself puts your body into 'emergency' mode where it saves every calorie it can find, which will actally make you gain weight.
Remember that no diet is complete without an increase in activity-- even if it's just a stroll around the block. Find someone you enjoy being around and include them in your stroll, that'll keep it from getting boring.

Eat breakfast!
A big one. And then you wont feel hungry for ages so you wont stuff yourself.
Plus, drink water when you think you're hungry or grab a few chashews or peanuts and have them. Fruits are good snacks. Reduce portions and eat small and eat OFTEN.
