im about 5'7 125 how many push-ups and sit ups should i be doing?

I'm 13 and all I eat is fast food and food from restaurants. I'm not really fat, just a little pudgy but I am losing some of that at PE. And its not my fault because my parents wont cook or anything. Even when I ask them for vegetables or healthy stuff. And i tell them that I might have a heart attack oneday or something but they say I shouldnt worry.

So my question is : how could I convince them to give me healthy foods, how long until i become enormous if I dont stop this, and if I do start eating healthy how long will it be until I lose some weight?

Hello. I'm a 14 year old male with a height of 5'6. I weigh 120 pounds or 54.5 kilograms. I'm a vegetarian and I drink water constantly through the day. In fact, water is the only thing I drink. If I ever need to use bread, I use wheat. I don't eat candy, nor cake, nor ice cream.

Despite all this, I have fat in my thighs and stomach. I'm worried that if I try losing it all I'll be under 110 pounds, which I believe is underweight? Is this safe?

Also, what kind of diet do you recommend as well as an idea to lose leg muscle and slim it down?

i was jw bout that and plus its kind of a change in question to the whole how to make them bigger.. anyways

height: 4'10 or 4'11
weight: 105-108
cup size: 34-36 B (almost a C)

preferably i wanna be a 32 A and plus my chest is very wide also which is my problem whenever i try to fit bras cuz theyre always to wide and my breasts arent proportional to my body..

any way other than breast reduction?

Someone told me that if you take protein powder after a workout it'll turn into fat as opposed to taking it before a workout where you would gain muscle. Is that true? can you really get fatter?

She thinks im anorexic. Its probably cuz her whole side of the family is fat. my dad says im fine (his side is normal) she says i need to stop losing weight and im not losing weight im 137 5'6 all i hear from her mouth is im whithering away to nothing. she is insane. I eat junk food all day long. I recently became a vegetarian. its just so crazy and anoying. I dont want any answers saying and your question is........? she just gets me so annoyed cuz thats all she talks about. I hear everyday did u eat lunch\? What did u eat? Thats all? just cuz she eats a bag of chips doesnt mean i have to eat as much as a guy. I'm not kiddding she eats a bag of chips and eats everybodies food. we have this trailor for my moms side that we all share and my aunt bought food for my uncle cuz they were staying there on a week day during summer and she bought food for his lunch for work the next day and she ate the cheese lunch meat and other stuff they bought (they were staying for a few days)

My girlfriend is 23 years old, she is 5-7 and 95 lbs.
I understand this is a very low weight for her height.

She does not eat meat at all, nor does she intake veggies.
I got her some weight gainer supplement and she will not drink it.

Every night we want to eat dinner either out or in, we get into an argument because the things she will eat are so limited.

She will eat pasta, but we cannot eat this everynight.

Since being with her, my diet has changed completely because we live together and it is not effective for my body building diet.

She thinks everything we eat tastes bad and she says it is because she only loves italian food and persian food.

What am I supposed to do, because I am worried about her and being 5- 7 95 lbs is not healthy and does not look healthy either.

Hi, 2yrs ago when I met my boyfriend I was a UK size 10 in trousers/skirts and 12 in tops. I'm 5ft 6" and weighed about 10 stone (140lbs). Last week my boyfriend told me I had a weight problem. I'm now 13 1/2st (189lbs) and an M&S 18/20. Other than a fuller face and bit of a double chin I can't see that I'm more than just voluptuous. My measurements are 45-37-45. Am I fine or is he right please? Thanks xx

Can somebody please help me.... i have always had a chunky stomach and I am tired of it. My waist is currently a 28 and i would LIKE to be a 25. I really don't like exercising especially when the results don't come in fast enough. What is a easy exercise i can do to lose these inches (not to mention the lower abdominal fat i have, that CANNOT be sucked in).

I am 6'2, and 190 lbs, im slightly chubby, but i wouldnt say fat, I dont want to become fat either, so I am looking to get back into shape, So I was wondering if anyone knew of a nice little crash plan that could help me lose some weight fast. okayu sooo i used to be really anorexic for like 3 months..
but i dont know if i still am.

this is what i eat everyday...



morning @ 6:15...half a bagel w/cream cheese.
lunch @ 2:30... pizza size of two hands..
dinner @ 7...hand full of fries and what ever else my mom makes usually something small that fits in my hand sort of thing.

i do swimming for 1 1/2 before dinner.
im 5'9 and 126 pounds.

people say im anorexic..you tell me..

So, you know how it is, 2 AP American outlines to do, didn't start... it looks like an all-nighter. I bought some caffeine pills for the purpose; they are 200 milligrams each. I drink a cup of instant coffee now and then, and have drank Red Bull and other energy drinks, and the worst I've felt was a slightly increased heart rate... once I got the jitters from a cup of brewed, but I also hadn't eaten anything. My question is, would one of these 200 milligram pills (taken with food) cause any real harm? I can't die, right? Would i get sick/the jitters? Or will I be fine? Should I cut it in half, just in case? Sorry, a lot of questions, I know... I'm just usually very nervous when it comes to taking pills.

well im 13 and i weight around 138 pounds and it feels horrible iv'e put on around a ston ein these last couple of months ,

im just under 5ft5 so im quite tall for my age so i carry it well

My BMI says im a healthy weight but my goal is around 107-110 pounds can anyone help me ?

my stomach keeps on growling even after i eat...and i do eat enough..thts till my stomach is full even my diet is perfect...this has been happeneing since the past 2-3 months...i went to the doc...but everything in vain...this happens esp. in the morning and night..people say eat more...i do eat properly...but i cant understand why this is happening...what should i do
