Make sure you are drinking plenty of water. It could be that your stomach is digesting all the healthy foods you are eating.

Not a great chance but there is a possibility of getting pregnant by being fingered. A little sperm on the fingers is all it takes. Women have become pregnant from being in the same bath water as a man and contacting sperm. As said, the chances are very low but not impossible. But my guess is you are suffering from guilt or simple anxiety for possible consequences. You should probably consult your school nurse or another female adult for some advice and consuling. Next time you might go further and riskier. You need to be informed and prepared.

You might not be eating enough in the servings you do eat. Try snacking on some fruits and vegatables through out the day. I had that problem too and thats what I had to do. Good luck!

you may eat "properly" but if your stomach is growling your body is telling you to eat more! The body doesn't send that signal unless it needs nutrients.

Are you eating well balanced meals? Your eating enough, but are you eating the right foods? Also, are you drinking enough water?

Everyone thinks that a growling stomach means you're hungry. It's the opposite...you're dehydrated and need to drink more water.

Eat more foods that are high in fiber, like fruit and vegetables. Also make sure you are drinking enough water.
