Do 3 sets of pushups a day....the amount of repetitions per set should be close to the other sets....but in each set, keep going until you can't possibly do one more. Hypothetical Situation: You do 16 your first set, 15 your second set, and 12 your third set. Aim for the next day's workout to be 17, 16, and 13. Keep pushing yourself each day and you'll bring your endurance up.
At 14 I was about 5'5 and 120 and could probably do only 15 pushups max....but I also didnt work at it.
Now I'm 5'11 and 175 (age 20) and I often do 3 sets of around 35 each day.
Make sure your doing proper technique rather than more pushups, people who claim they get 40+ are often not going down all the way and not doing a legit pushup.
Situps you should probably be doing around 40-80.....they get harder as you age (mostly due to a beer gut).

Im 15 and im 57 wight 130 but iv been doing push ups and situps since 12. Now you should be able to at least do 20 if your a biginer. 30 youve been on push ups for a month or two.
40 youve been doing 3-4 months 50 if youve been doing pushups for 6 months 60 8 months. But thats everyday pushups. And actoully if you do them everyday you will do more faster then i said. Sit ups 20 if your biginer 40 1 month 50=2 months 60=3

About 40 pish ups and 60 sit ups is the average. Id say that you should be doing at least 100 sit ups. Im 15 and a girl and I can do 150 easy, then again ive been doing them for forever. If youre just starting, take it easy, and then increase the amt by two every day.

Here's what you need to do:
Do as many push-ups as you can until you get too tired to do any more. Rest for 30 seconds or so. Do it again. Rest. Do it one more time. Write down how many you were able to do for each set. Rest a day or two. Repeat.
