Anyways, there is no "magic cure" to lose weight very fast,
so what I would recommend is to eat about 1300-1400 calories a day, try to do aerobics if you can for about an hour,
and ideally you should try a diet that is high in protein but low in fat if you want to lose the weight.
You could try the Atkins diet, or Weight Watchers, or some
other diet.

Remember that about 3500 calories will equal one pound, so throughout the course of your diet you will need to burn 108,500 more calories than you eat to get to your goal weight.
If you do the above, you will most likely burn 2600-2700 calories every day, so your net burn will be about 1,250 calories a day, and at that rate, it should take you about 86.8
days, which is roughly three months.

At 13 youve still got plenty of growing to do. You shouldnt be overdoing dieting or anything like that.
Best way Ive found of having a healthy weight/body shape is lots of exercise and sensible diet. By sensible diet I dont even mean you need to swot up on all the calories. Just avoid all that greasy junk (and it IS junk) like burgers, fried chicken etc.
The regular exercise will work wonders for your shape -stuff like walking, swimming, cycling, etc. Again, you dont need to overdo it (marathons etc). But you should do it regularly, thats most important. It needs dedication as its a lifestyle change if you are really serious about weight/figure etc.

I'm sorry that you think you are overweight. The society we live in tell us we should be size zero(whatever that is). BMI is not a good guide to weight as muscle weighs more than fat
However, exercise is your best bet, along with a normal diet..try not to worry, its quite possible you will lose weight in the next couple of years anyway. Try and find an activity you enjoy so it wont seem like dieting.....

Its easy, forget all the diets and crap. All you have to do is determine what your main calorie-source is, for instance, if you eat a lot of meat, stop eating meat. If you eat chocolates all day, stop eating sugar. It'll make your weight drop like a rock if you do it right. Just remember to stay loyal to what you decide to drop. It's not unhealthy, just don't drop your vitamins! And when you've dropped your weight, remember that you should still leave that food source, just eat it once in a while to stay healthy...

Just take off your backpack, remove all bling and piercings, your cellphone, ipod, laptop computer, etc, etc, etc! ;)
