Can somebody please help me.... i have always had a chunky stomach and I am tired of it. My waist is currently a 28 and i would LIKE to be a 25. I really don't like exercising especially when the results don't come in fast enough. What is a easy exercise i can do to lose these inches (not to mention the lower abdominal fat i have, that CANNOT be sucked in).

COMPLETELY STOP EATING CARBS...LIK RICE, PASTA, AND BREAD!!! AND DO SIMPLE CRUCHES...BUT IM THE SAME WAY..I HATE HATE HATE EXERCISING IT TAKES FOREVER FOR ME TO SEE RESULTS...BUT LATELY I JUST BEEN JOGGING..I HATE DOIN STOMACH EXERCISES SOO I JUST CUTTED OUT THE CARBS AND GO JOGGIN AND I DONT HAVE NO WHERE NEAR AS MUCH FAT AS I USE TO ON MY STOMACH AND LEGS....THE FAT COMES OFF IT LAYERS SOO EVEN IF YOU DO STOMACH EXERCISE U WOULDNT SEE THE RESULTS IF YOU DONT DO CARDIO....IF YOU REALLY REALLY DONT LIK TO EXERCISE I WOULD SUGGEST GETTIN LIPO...I HAVE BEEN LOOKIN INTO THIS NEW PROCEDURE THATS CALLED "SMARTLIPO" AND I THINK THATS WHAT IM GONNA HAV TO END UP DOIN BECAUSE I CANT DO THE EXERCISING THING FOR LONG...EMAIL ME AND WE CAN GET THRU THIS TOGETHER LOL

They say that aerobic exercise, even walking, works to get rid of abdominal fat. People who have been on diets like South Beach and Atkins say that these diets attack abdominal fat and that is where you will lose it first.
Other alternative is a tummy tuck.
