okayu sooo i used to be really anorexic for like 3 months..
but i dont know if i still am.

this is what i eat everyday...



morning @ 6:15...half a bagel w/cream cheese.
lunch @ 2:30... pizza size of two hands..
dinner @ 7...hand full of fries and what ever else my mom makes usually something small that fits in my hand sort of thing.

i do swimming for 1 1/2 before dinner.
im 5'9 and 126 pounds.

people say im anorexic..you tell me..

The nutritional quality of your meals is really poor. You should try and eat more foods from the different food groups. That way you'll put on healthy weight. If you dont supply your body with sufficient ammounts of nutrients then you can start to have problems. Your body can start cannabalizing it's own muscle tissue. Also try and add some vegetables to your diet.

if you used to be anorexic, you would know if you still are. you dont eat loads but i still its more about your mind. do you still have distorted body images? do you look at thinspo to stop you eating? when hungry do you deliberately not eat? do you aim for perfection? do you feel guilty after eating? there's many symptons but i'd say no, because you're asking us to say if you are, and like i said, i think you'd be very aware. also the foods you eat are high calorie (even if small portions), i am anorexic and know a lot who are and no-one would touch pizza or fries with a barge pole! you also sound like a healthy weight, i'd guess your bmi to be about 19

Yes you are. You definitely don't eat enough. Add more pasta, rice, milk, meat, veg and fruit to your food. It is OK to continue eating pizza and fries, because you need as many calories as you can eat (what is unhealthy for me is healthy for you, because I need less calories and fat but you need more, so it is not unhealthy to eat pizza), but you must add to that.

Sounds like you should eat some more, but more good stuff like veggies, protein and fruits.

no you are not. because you swim so you get rid of the fat. if you stopped swimming you would probably get fatter. also you did not mention being obsessed about being skinny and you did not say anything about throwing up so yeah... you are not anorexic
