I want to start taking vitamins
which ones should i take
and which ones are good for better skin
and hair

hair is all primarily composed of water,protein,vitamin a vitamin e.
if u take them well u should have good hair and it also works for skin.

i recommend not to take vitamin supplements .rather eat foods rich in those vitamins
i ll list u some if u want.
-drinks lots water evry day.that ll make ur hair glossy,shiney,and skin smooth
-protien - lowfat milk,soy milk,sprouts,tofu,lowfat cheese,nuts,meat
-vitamin a - carrots,broccoli,sqaush. drinks vegetable juices .u get all kinds of vitamins ur body needs.make sure there r vitamin A rich veggies in the juice
- vitamin E - nuts like almonds etc

overall for good skin and hair ur lifestyle should be well incorporated with good foods and excercise.

I would recommend Stress Tabs With zinc. It gives you energy and is not to hard on your stomach. I take one in the morning an hour before I work out.

VITAMIN D - 1000 IUs
VITAMIN BS - ALL TYPES (google them)
VITAMIN C - 1000 mg +
VITAMIN K - to help absorb vitamin D & Calcium
Calcium - 1500 g (take in 500 g intervals)

For skin and hair, you'll want E and D.

But make sure you're taking what you need instead of too much.

raw eggs will give your hair a nice shine, at least they do for my dog. take a multivitamin and move on
