Try this and you will loose the weight in 4-5 months time.
to get started no soda drink a gallon of water a day spring or distill no tap water!! or crystal light for your meals.
Lunch eat a grilled chicken breast vegetables with light oil or margarine and a fruit.
Dinner eat a tuna or chicken salad and a small cut of vegetables and a fruit.
no eating after 7pm !!
do 250 sit-ups in the morning and 250 sit-ups before bed.
Try this for 3 weeks and see the difference only if you really want to loose weight.
P.S.
American Whey protein is also good for a replacement meal.
Good taste and goes down smoothly.
Been taking it for 5 yrs now.

By not eating you cause your body to slow down your metabolism which in turn will cause you to retain body fat. And at the same time your body will start eating it's own muscle tissue for the nutrition. Thats why when you see those starving children in Africa with swollen abdomens and boney arms and legs. If you want to lose weight you in fact need to eat food so that your metabolism will speed up and burn the fat.

Oh quite awhile... if you feed your furnace while it is cold you can start your furnace burning. Get your furnace going and eat some breakfast... eggs. and cheese do not be an idiot becusse you are not happy . There are so many ways to loose weight do not be an idiot.. study.

It would take you a long time, because when you stop eating, you lose fat, but your body bloats with water, so you wiegh less, but sometimes you look heavier. P>S please don't actually do that
