To get veins to pop out and stay out you need to lower your bodyfat %. Proper dieting and exercising will help.

The only way to get that is to be cut. You have to have very low body fat and be really toned. It doesnt come just with lifting weights. I recomend leight weigt more reps to tone up ur muscles and with a proper deit u should soon see some veins

Cut your body fat, and do heavy slow lifts to exhaustion for size.

Light fast lifts to exhaustion for endurance.

Be careful on the diet, if you eat too little you lose muscle right along with the fat.
