When I started the plan, I was at 23% body fat. It took me 32 days to drop down to 2% body fat. I'm not sure if I was doing it right because I went temporarily blind for 2 weeks. I can see again, but now my eyes have a yellow hue to them, and I lost 67% of hearing out of my left ear.

It took me 2 months to get from 15% to 12.5% following it pretty closely. I am a girl though so it is harder to loose fat and gain muscle. Funny thing is I pretty much remained at the same weight the whole time. I absolutly love the diet and recommend it to everyone.
