i was jw bout that and plus its kind of a change in question to the whole how to make them bigger.. anyways
height: 4'10 or 4'11
weight: 105-108
cup size: 34-36 B (almost a C)
preferably i wanna be a 32 A and plus my chest is very wide also which is my problem whenever i try to fit bras cuz theyre always to wide and my breasts arent proportional to my body..
any way other than breast reduction?

Reducing your weight your breast will be smaller but tell me one thing: WHY?
Toning up your muscles could help as well.

Breast reduction surgery.
Or lose weight. Your breasts will probably shrink in size because breasts are mostly fat tissue anyways.
You should be proud of your body though!
AKA I'm jealous.

If you are a bit overweight working out MAY help.
Other than that the only option is surgery.

if you reduce your weight and become a 32, your cup size will shrink. but i think you would have to lose too much weight to become an A.
they are not that big, i really would be happy with them, if i were you.
