Hello. I'm a 14 year old male with a height of 5'6. I weigh 120 pounds or 54.5 kilograms. I'm a vegetarian and I drink water constantly through the day. In fact, water is the only thing I drink. If I ever need to use bread, I use wheat. I don't eat candy, nor cake, nor ice cream.

Despite all this, I have fat in my thighs and stomach. I'm worried that if I try losing it all I'll be under 110 pounds, which I believe is underweight? Is this safe?

Also, what kind of diet do you recommend as well as an idea to lose leg muscle and slim it down?

Hey man, you're 14 - this means you either haven't gone through puberty yet, or are right in the middle of it. I was always a bean pole and still am quite thin, but I remember back to middle school, a lot of my friends were HUGE, but then with puberty they all grew into their weight, and they're now all normal size. So don't worry about losing weight....it will happen on its own once you grow some more.

Actually you are just slight above you ideal weight.

I would recommend a love carb diet.... no bread, no peas no corn.... High protein..... Cut out anything white in your diet....

A ten pound lose will put you within your ideal weight zone....
