exercise all the time - the more you get used to it the easier it is gona be to lose weight.
for weight loss - cardio 4-6 times a week for average of 45min plus light weigh training a few times a week.

You should exercise every time to keep your body fit.You should not eat a lot since the body will only utilize the amount required and the rest will be stored as fat.
Exercise every day when you are healthy enough.
Exercising at least 30 minutes a day can help you enough.
After meals you should do something like walking rather than seating down and do nothing.
One more thing you put in mind especially after supper or dinner i s that you shouldn't eat and go to bed immediately.Stay for at least an hour before going to bed.
This will help in food digestion since when you sleep the metabolic process seems to decrease.

Well I do both. So my weight goes up and down all the time. Really what should be done, is lose weight first with watching what you eat(eat anything you want with moderation) and excersize. Then maintaining your weight is more easy than losing it, so it will be easier. Dont get into the habit of over eating cause you'll lose weight later, it becomes an addiction of the mind. It becomes pleasurable when eating should simple be eating.

You could excercise with weights. You probably won't loose a lot of weight if you eat tons of food before you exercise.

well, u cant just pig out and do plenty exercise and expect to lose weight..its a mixture of both..dont starve ureself, but try eating healthy and exercise regularly and ull be fine

uh what i do is excesize everyday before i go to bed, but on one day watch what i eat and the next be a little more loose and free...on christmas though, we'er having 2 turkey dinners so i'm gonna be excersizing a little more over the holidays!!!
