geez, I know about dieting, I just wanted to know in this case, nevermind the weight loss rules

Letting your body go hungry at any time will actually cause weight gain.

If you feed your body with healthy foods, mostly fruits and veggies, when it is hungry, you will lose weight.

Skipping meals causes you body to build up fat. Your body is very smart and will build up fat if you are not putting enough into it. Your body will think this might become an ongoing trend and it will try to protect you by storing fat...for those times that you can't eat.

eating JUST A TWIX BAR is not good... you must eat the daily recommended because if you go a day without eating and eat candy your body will think its trying to start itself and soak up all the fat/ calories/ sodium...etc in that one item you ate....now if you ate a good diet and ate that one candy bar you'll be fine....

maybe one day won't hurt you...just don't make it a habit!
