I;m only 13 for goodness sake, and I weigh 80kg! It's so emabarrraaaassssinnnnggggg!!! I go to this school where people there are so skinny and they wear XS, S and M ... I have to specially order the 3XL! I'm like the only fat one there, I swear, I'm not lying! I become so insecure, I find myself holding back from letting my friends see how nice and cool I really am. And I always get picked on!!! People avoid me cos I;m FAT!
Help!! I need help to lose weight as fast as possible!! Please please pleaseeeeeeeee!!! I feel like dying!!!!!!! and I can't even get a nice boy who wont pick on my fats to be just friends with!!!!!!!! CRY!! SOBS!!!! SCREAMS!

Just eat sensibly....cut out "white" stuff (Bread, rice, potatoes, pasta, sugar, etc.) and include "good carbs" with your meal. Eat lean proteins, veggies. & drink 8-10 glasses of water daily. A main thing is to get more exercize. Start with a little and work up to more as you can (don't push yourself though). It will come off then.

find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 400-600cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose. (if you are very overweight try staying between 1600 and 2200cal/day - use fitday.com for tracking)
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day (have lots of veggies to eat in between meals if you are still hungry)
8 glasses of water -carry bottle of water with you and when you feel hungry drink it - we often confuse hunger with thirst (our bodies confuse it)
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio is the only fat burning exercise and burns fat all over your body (running, jogging, swimming, spinning, elliptical etc) 4-6 times a week for average of 45min, light weight training a few times a week (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, ice cream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
of course you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

talk to your parents you should see a nutritionist and have a doctor help you set up a fitness plan and realistic weight loss goals. you should also have thyroid levels checked to see if you might be hypothyroid which is an undertactive metabolism condition

okay hun, dont freak out...u have to stick with wat i am going to tell u though kay?,,dont give up!! u can do it!..drink tons of water..u must exercise everyday..do cardio and lift weights and cruncthes...but most importantly watch wat u eat!! dont eat fast food everyday..cut back as much as possible on all unhelathy foods...eat smaller portions..cut back on carbs and calories..but do it after da holidays because now is da time to enjoy!..u go girl!!
