If you are trying to lose weight for start you should be drinking more water and not trying to get rid of it.
Sounds as if you may already be very thin and trying to tip the scales back. If this is the case stop
The healthy way to loss weight is to eat heathy foods and to evercise daily.
Cardio daily keeping your heart rate at around 120 to 130 will help you to burn fat.
The first fifteen minutes at this rate you are making the enzyme to burn only fat.
After this you wil be burning alot.
You should be sweating and able to talk.
Sweating cos your hot is different than sweating through exercise.
Its not how much you sweat its what calories you burn from fat.
If your heart to to slow or too high you will not do this.
Drink at least 2 liters of water or more a day.
Exercsie
Eat small healthy meals.
Your body needs water to metobalise properly

You begin loosing weight the moment that sweat falls off your body. But trying to lose any significant amount of weight by sweating is not pratical.

Stay hydrated, and stop eating carbs. Carbs help hold water weight. And remember most water weight you will gain back, so this really only helps if your trying to trim down for a few days. Like prom, or a competition weigh in etc.

Well I think peeing is more pleasant... Just sweating lightly isn't going to make you lose weight. You'd have to sweat for hours on end, like in a sauna (wrestlers sit wrapped in plastic in the sauna to make weight). I'd say go buy a diruetic.

Drink more water. When you aren't properly hydrated, your body retains water, because it doesn't know if/when it will get more. If you drink lots of water, your body lets go of that water weight because it knows it will get more. Don't drink a ton, just up your daily intake a little.
