trying to loose weight.
how many time a week would you go to the gym per week?.

im trying to tone up and loose weight for phuket in april.

I would say a minimum of 4 days a week but that is really pushing it. My goal is to go to the gym everyday so in the event something comes up and I can not make it then it's not a big deal. I avoid saying I will go Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday type stuff because if I am unable to make that messes up my routine. I usually make it about six days a week and mix up lifting and cardio workouts. It's also important to challenge yourself and to change your routine from time to time.

I go to the gym at least 5x per week - sometimes 6 and that seems to work for me.
I weight train and do cardio. I also mix things up by doing Pilates and Yoga.
The key is to keep your body guessing...it will respond to new exercises.

3 to 5 times a week, but try to mix it up and have fun. Find a gym that you want to go to.
