not those super muscular or those muscle sticking out i just want a lil muscle like that.FYI i am just abit fat not the totally fat just abit more than average abit..please help

The most important determination of a six pack or ab definition is low body fat percentage. If you keep it low (cardio) AND tone your abs doing crunches, sit-ups, leg lifts, hanging knee raises, etc. you should see some definition. Your diet should be very good...lean meat, fruits and vegetables, whole grains, and watch the sugars and starches.

You have to get very lean so your abs show, and build them up through about seven minutes a day of ab exercises with weights. Don't neglect back exercises, or you'll end up with back pain from being unbalanced.

try to do at least 30 crunches everyday. and you will get abs like that really quick that what my brother did. But that guy dosn't even looks like he has ads at all.
