You THINK about what you are putting in your mouth before you actually do it...every time you eat something. Sounds easy, but a lot of people's bad eating habits are simply that...a HABIT that's hard to break.

Veggies, lean meats, no sodas, caffiene, junk foods, fats--basically. There are lots of books out there about healthy eating (not diets, but good eating) check them out in the library.

choose whole good food choices over bad ones. choose fruits vegies, whole grains, and chicken fish, and beef, and eggs, and sweet potaoes.

bad ones are processed foods like chips cookies cake, cna goods, boxed anything, sweet anything, ice cream, soda, so on.
