Plenty of nuts such as peanuts, almonds and cashews might help. They contain about 700 calories per 100 gm and are rich in potassium, magnesium and iron.

I have been skinny all my life 5'5 and 98-100 pounds soaking wet. To gain weight in a healthy way start adding in extra calories. Drink fruit juices and milk along side with your water to add in more calories, avacados are very high in good fats and calories, add in dried fruits and nuts of all kinds, more proteins, eat bread, add things like wheat germ to your food and protein powders if you want to drinks. Go ahead and indulge once inawhile with sweets. Up your starchy carbs with things like potatoes with sourcream and pack on all the extras, corn and peas are higher in calories, beans and lugumes are higher in calories and good fats.

Since I started to work out I was looking for a good weight loss product (I only wanted something 100% natural). I was on a diet but I felt that I needed a little "help" so I decided to try this great product and I had fantastic results. You can check their website at
http://www.diet-easy-now.us , they give you a free trial and you only pay $6.95 shipping and handling.

If you have no health problems that are contributing to your low weight, don't worry about it. Weight is hard to get rid of once acquired. Be sure to check with your physician to make sure there are not underlying health issues such as Marfan's Syndrome.

Double your calorie intake whilst eating more quality proteins and carbohydrates. Do 100 pushups and situps when you wake up and before you go to bed every day.

When I wanted to gain weight (it's hard when you can't eat alot) I drank a large milkshake everyday as well as my meals. Anything high in calories.

Do you think you're skinny ? As long as you eat healthy foods, don't worry about the weight.
