i would like to tighten my pectoral muscles. what is the ideal workout I should be doing?please guide

you cannot just simply do chest exercise, you will have to work the whole uppear body, each muscle being worked once a week, chest, biceps, triceps, shoulders, back,, the whole uppear body. Train each muscle once a week.. do 3 - 5 different exercises per muscle, at 3 sets each.
