wat am i suppoused to do now ???? i can't walk outside its too cold .... man i'm gonna gain wat i lost ....... btw i'm 16

Pilates, yoga, jumping rope, shadow boxing, push ups, sit ups, beating on your sisters and brothers for breaking yo sh!!t (kidding :-))

Pilates is an awesome core workout. Nothing better in my book.

wrap up and just jog in the snow......
shovel the snow
Pilates
jumping jacks
resistance band
jump rope
stairs are great
run around the house and bounce of the walls(but dont break anything)
pull up the navy seals training manual....they have all kinds of exercise for when you have no equipment in the field and still need to stay in shape.
look up general physical preparedness GPP work outs
Look up calisthenics

Try diet and tension exercises like pilates, that should sculpt your body. For aeorbics, just get another cycle or try running in the snow like Rocky Balboa.. :)
