if the primary goal of the diet is to reduce body fat then you need to reduce the simple sugars from all forms. it would be much better to consume whole fruit then fruit juice.

Good idea at first, then as your cravings decrease, drink a little less of it. I think one glass a day is okay. I also prefer to eat the whole food, so the apple instead of the juice. This also helps me feel more full. I always eat fruit when I have a sugar craving!

It is definitely better to go raw and instead of fruit juice go with real fruits...but it really comes down to portioning and what you want to get out of your body with the food you eat

Fruit juices contain a lot of fructose. And according to latest research, eating a lot of fructose is bad for you:

" Fructose appears to act more like fat in terms of weight regulation. Preliminary tests suggest that consuming too much fructose is like consuming too much fat, and could cause weight gain. Why? Because fructose does not increase insulin secretion or leptin production, nor does it suppress ghrelin. Because it doesn’t do any of these things, theoretically it will not regulate your food intake and decrease your hunger."

Just don't drink a lot of it. It's still sugar. It's better to consume things that are not processed. It's more benefcial for you if you actually eat the fruits and vegetables.

If you buy the "fruit juice" from the store? No. They contain a lot of added sugar. Get a juicer.

hello, natural fruit juice has natural sweetness in, if you maintain a balance of moderate exercise, healthy food and avoid carbs, starches and sugars you will be fine.
