You are not fat at all. Even then, I think "fat" will have something to do with excess body weight. If you see that nothing is drooping or that you look flabby, you are not fat.
Your weight is very healthy for your height and age. If you must, you can calculate such things here.

No...not at all. People have different body types so a healthy weight for one person does not constitute a healthy weight for someone else. Just stay away from eating junk food and drinking excessive amounts of soda. Also, excercise on a regular basis. Your body will then be healthy regardless of what the scale says.

Everyone is correct, you are not overweight. Infact, if you DID lose weight you might become unhealthy. The human body needs a certain amount of fat to function normally. For men this is around 8 to 15% of bodyweight, for women around 12 to 20%.
That's why most models who are 'unnaturally' thin find that they stop having periods and also get other symptoms:- it's their body 'complaining' that they dont have enough fat.

I'm 22 and I am the same. I wouldn't call myself fat, so I think you are at a good healthy weight also. You don't have anything to worry about, but if you want comformation, just ask your doctor the next time you are in for an exam.

You don't need to lose weight! You are in a healthy weight as you are. I just don't understand why kids worry so much about their weight. Love yourself and your body, you are to young to have those issues. Learn to eat healthy so you will have a good base for your adulthood and that way you won't have weight problems then. You are Great as you are.
Enjoy what you have!!!

I think you already know the answer....why don't you tell you're mom or care giver you need them to spend some time with you or join a young teens group. It's not the outside that's what's wrong..you just need some attention and acceptance period, and that won't change no matter how much weight you lose.

Nope. You're exactly at "Ideal Body Weight" for a female, and your BMI is 20.3 (normal).
In fact, if you lost 10 pounds, you'd technically be underweight by BMI standards.
If you are not fit, then that's another story. Get active, avoid the junk, and enjoy your healthy body!

You're not fat but you are at the age of puberty that you begin to gain weight, just make sure you don't eat too much junk or spend too much time on the couch, just keep active and you'll feel better about yourself but you're not fat.
