2 hours of walking, about 5 minutes of sprinting in that(small, but anyway)... Is it OK for that pasta?

The one time of the day that it's actually good for you to have some medium GI carbs is right after exercise it, you need it to replace your glycogen stores or else the next time you try to exercise you will feel really fatigued.

Just be reasonable in your portioning.

meals should be protein based.

to the body a big bowl of pasta is nothing but a big bowl of simple sugars. if fat loss is the primary goal right now you should be consuming high fiber all natural carbs that are consumed in their natural state. this means foods like beans, lentils, whole oats, whole grain rice. there is no tree or bush that bears pasta, it's not healthy and should only be consumed on occasion and definetly not at night. if you are trying to lose weight dinner should be something like fish and steamed veggies or skinless poultry and veggies.

It's better to eat pasta before doing all that, but it's not too bad afterwards.
