I'm really skinny everywhere except that I have a pot belly, big enough that it sticks out over my jeans and you can see through my shirt. I've been doing about 60 crunches a day and I'm very active and eat right but I still can't seem to lose it. Is this genetic?

There have been so many times that I have decided to work out..but when I reach the date that I was hoping to be fit for, I still look and weight the same. And I tell myself that if I had just stuck to it, I would be looking great.

So how do you keep YOURSELF motivated...I'm open to anything!

i'm 16, 5ft 9, and weigh 66 kilos (145.5lb) i am desperately trying to loose weight... i have only been eating about 800 calories a day for more than a month and i have hardly lost any weight at all. i have regular dance classes (exercising). why isn't it working?

Hi I'm wondering how much bread is too much.. When I get up in the morning I have 2 slices, when I get home I have 2 slices and before I go to bed I have another 2 slices. The only reason I eat so much is because its better than eating junk. Is that much bread everyday good for you?

im 5'10 160 and is trying to get bigger for football next year. do you have to eat a lot to become stronger as well as work out a lot. I don't eat that much. only about 1800 calories a day. just because i'm not hungry. i dont eat snacks, just meals. Please respond and help me out

I don't want to do too much, so I stick with just protein for now and that's the most I've taken other than glutamine for after workouts.

I want ideas of what people take to get yoked out of my mind (as in really big). I am a lot bigger than most I know and work out at least 5-6 times a week but I'm looking for something that will fullfill my appetite to become really massive.

What supplements other than steroids will be good?

oh man i just got chocolate flavored natural whey protein and i gotta tell you it's disgusting.. it doesn't even fully desolve in cold milk (u can drink it with milk since it's natural) and water. i gagged because of the nasty taste. Will it effect the protein if i put it in hot milk? or hot beverages for that matter?

When I do sit ups, does it build more muscle if I go all the way to the ground and come back up or go about 3/4 of the way down, stop in mid air, and go back up?

All people I've asked seem to agree that a little cardio before you do any weight lifting is beneficial. It raises your core temperature and that, apparently, is good.

But, can I run a couple of miles before lifting? Is that bad?

PLEASE: I already know I am going to get both answers. So, please mention your qualifications before answering. Hopefully this'll prevent a lot of 'doesn't matter' type answers.

im 6'3 175lb's
im looking to get bigger but im unwilling to lose my abs.... any way i can do both
p.s i run 2.5-3.5 miles a day and go to the gym 3 days a week..
i eat really well too but im looking for something extra to give me super ripped abs...do fat burners work..if so any types i should try...? any help would be great
