yup...maybe 10-15 cals

they are not a very effective form of exercise for any body part. you have to utilize the large muscles (legs and back) to expend a lot of energy during exercise. no muscle is operated over it's entire range of motion from performing a jumping jack, IMO they are a complete waste of time.

You probably burn 10-15... a really negligible amount. Hopefully you are working out more than just 50 jumping jacks
