Mediterranean Diet. The Food Pyramid. Baked not fried foods. Lot of Fruits and Veggies. Baked Fish such as Salmon. Tuna. Egg White. 100% whole wheat bread. Oatmeal, Brown Rice. Lots of Water.

You really need to try the new downloads from Independent Achievement Productions. I got the cds before they had downloads, but it's just so much faster this way. So much to choose from for weight loss. And it's been working for me and the gang here in the office. Good luck...and get to it!
