No. not eating for long periods of time slows your metabolism. Your body will begin to store your a.m. calories longer as fat. Eat small quantities more often.

No. It would deplete your body, therefore whatever you DID eat in that amount of time you mentioned would be stored (as fat!) due to the stress of your fluctuating food schedule.

best plan is always to eat small meals, very often (every 3 hours or so), choosing the best and healthiest foods you can. This isn't hard, just snack on fruits and veggies!!

Also, exercise... because no matter what you eat you will not lose weight without it.

if the goal is to be tired and unhealthy that would just about do it.

the human body does not have the storage capacity for must nutrients. when you eat the body uses what it needs then excretes the rest. this is why eating small meals every couple of hours is optimum for nutrient utilization, energy levels and every other biological function. there is simply nothing healthy about starving the body for long periods.
