No, honey doesn't have any fat in it. It's pretty much all sugar. One tablespoon has 64 kcals and 17 carbs. It also has a small amount of calcium, potassium, and a very small amount of protein. Most importantly, it's delicious, so eat away (in moderation of course!)

Honey does not have fat to begin with. What makes you fat from eating it is if you eat too much of it and don't work out then the rugar in the honey turns into fat. That is how you gain weight. That goes for any sort if sugar, work out then you burn the calories so it does not turn to fat. Hope that helps you.

In the unprocessed state it has wax, and a natural component of wax is stearic acid, a fat. Also, raw honey has bee parts in it, and these contain a little fat. So, there is, but not much. It's just an advertising gimmick.

I am D is so crazy, without bees, humans would die in 5 years. I like honey bees better, a Bumble bee stung my head once, besides, what good do they do? Almost everything can pollinate flowers on their own!

No, it doesn't have fat (beyond a very trace amount). Fat free honey is the same as saying trans fat free strawberries; it's redundant.
