Walk baby, walk!

Hear, hear! ^_^ What the first answerer said. Just get up and *move* already.

If that seems too simple, here are some more things you can do.

--Look up something called "Earth Shoes". They will seem weird at first, because they have a "negative heel", meaning the toes are higher up than the heels are. You can search both of those phrases, quotes and all, by copy and paste, no typing needed.

The point is, your achilles' tendons up the backs of your heels and lower legs will get a stretch as you walk, and your calves will get more of a workout.

--Invest in a small backpack or fanny pack, and carry *everything* in it all day. Fill it up. Books, groceries, whatever works....if you carry an extra 10-20 pounds evenly on your back it adds to the workout.

--Swear off elevators for any building less than ten stories high. *Always take the stairs*.

--Once you get used to the backpack, invest in a pair of "wrist weights" and pump and swing your arms as you walk. Start with a small weight--2 pounds each is good--and slowly work up. Wear them all day wherever you go, just as you would your backpack.

And that should get you started. ^_^ Hope this helps!

Get a bicycle and ride it like you were going to a fire and feel exhausted, then turn around and ride home at the same speed. do this twice a day and it will work muscles and miracles.Oh yes you will be sore for the first few times but that's what you get for being lazy. Your words not mine.

Lazy - Work ...these are two totally opposite terms.
Either be lazy, hence fat and out of shape, or
get to work and work out.

Yoga!! It's very easy, and the object is not to strain. I think this type of exercise is most beneficial because it can help you reduce stress. Try it and see.
