I don't want to do too much, so I stick with just protein for now and that's the most I've taken other than glutamine for after workouts.
I want ideas of what people take to get yoked out of my mind (as in really big). I am a lot bigger than most I know and work out at least 5-6 times a week but I'm looking for something that will fullfill my appetite to become really massive.
What supplements other than steroids will be good?
