I don't want to do too much, so I stick with just protein for now and that's the most I've taken other than glutamine for after workouts.

I want ideas of what people take to get yoked out of my mind (as in really big). I am a lot bigger than most I know and work out at least 5-6 times a week but I'm looking for something that will fullfill my appetite to become really massive.

What supplements other than steroids will be good?

supplements don't make you huge consuming whole food does.

you need to count calories so that you "know" for sure how many you are consuming and not guessing. being a bodybuilder and training some heavyweight IFBB pros I can assure that they do not get huge from supplements. you have to eat, all the time and basically be very inactive outside of the gym. you have to pack food with you when you go places, eat every 3 hours, etc. going to the gym and training hard is the EASY part. consuming 5-7 meals daily for years on end is not. there are no magic training routines or secret muscle building exercises. the only thing that separates the big guys in the gym from the wannabe big guys is the dedication to the diet, it's 80% of the iron game.

go to gnc and but american mass sports supplements its full of protiend, whey protien and complex carbs all you need to get big as long as yur working out
