There have been so many times that I have decided to work out..but when I reach the date that I was hoping to be fit for, I still look and weight the same. And I tell myself that if I had just stuck to it, I would be looking great.

So how do you keep YOURSELF motivated...I'm open to anything!

you have to set short and long term goals and not just something like i want to be healthy and fit. you have to set specific goals like I want to be able to run "x" miles in "y" amount of time by April or I want to decrease my body fat by 3% in 6 months, etc.

when you set milestones and achieve them and realize that you are making progress it makes your efforts seem worth while.

Take a picture of yourself and hang it up....then when you look at it, you will be motivated.
You should try to get a buddy involved to help.
Park further away so you have to walk further, take stairs.
Make working out part of your daily habit. Like right when you get up in the morning.

Well, one thing someone I know did, was take a picture of themselves in a bikini and put it on the refridgerator door and pantry so they would see it everytime they wanted to snack on something.

Another thing, make a healthier diet and allow yourself a "free day". That way, you will be able to eat stuff you like on that day and not deprive yourself either.

Listen to Rocky Soundtracks or something that will get you pumped and will make you pass your limit.
