its good u realized your situation and wanted to take action all u have to do is simple things diet and exercise if u see fod and get atracted think of poo and blood and other disgusting things to divert your mind after all no point goin to gym

some people go gym 2 hrs a day come home eat an icecream and a bar of mars whats the point some run 2 miles a day come home eat some chips no point
eat less and burn fats

also i wanted to tell u u may be fat as its in your genes dont worry about your size how large u grow only worry about your weight at 15 i use to weigh about 50KGS u should be aiming around there care about your weight not growth

I think you believe that you are fat when you are not. 87 is ridiculously low for someone of your age and I would suggest that because you don't like to eat, you should eat nutritional foods that will benefit you the most when you do eat. Unfortunately, the lifestyle you're leading is unhealthy and will negatively effect you in the long run.

how old you are has nothing to do with your weight, appropriate weight is based on height. And it sounds like you may have a body image problem, unless you are only 24 inches tall, 87 pounds is probably not overweight.

Girl, you have to learn to love yourself the way you are, probably you are just fine I hope you are not one of those who follows Hollywood's stereotype, is irreal. I'm not telling you to eat a lot either, you just have a balanced diet, exercise and sleep well, that will make wonders in your body and skin, and one last thing, I think you are too young to get obsess about your body image, you're most likely to be experiencing a lot of changes and that's stressfull enough. Enjoy your teens years, that is my advise.

well I definately think you're not fat. I'm not gonna be one of those people who just go and critisize you for your thoughts about yourself but I really don't think that one people with that weight is fat especially when you're fifteen. and two...i dont think people who are fifteen are not considered fat when they are 87 pounds.

Look get some help. theres this model she died of anorexis wen she was 22 she was only a sceleton w/ alittle skin and she died. my friend almost died but she talked 2 a counsoler, u need 1 2 please im only 11 and im 118 i dont care cuz i eat and exersize healthy

TRUST ME your not overweight. IN fact, I know plenty of girls who would LOVE to be that weight-even tho it is unhealthy to be underweight. You are not fat. Get that out of your head right now! =D if you want to talk-im here for ya! =)
