??need to know dont care about developing crap... 13 yrs... and 134... is my lil sister too fat?

Yes that is a little over weight. Just a little.
She needs to watch what she eats, though she may still grow in height and slim down.

At 13 years old, maybe she is still growing a little taller, but not much. Girls probably reach their maximum height around 15. If she stays at 134 and is physically fit and her weight is distributed proportionally, then that is definitely not too fat. That is a good healthy weight to stay at if she is involved with some physical activity. Heredity also plays a very important part. If your parents are overweight, then she will have to watch a bit. If they are not, then she is perfectly OK.

Search on Google for a BMI chart, but make sure the one you use includes age as one of the factors. It will tell you if the weight is underweight, healthy, or overweight.

look up a BMI calculator on yahoo, then put in age height and weight. I don't know how age changes things..

that could depend. if she has a lot of muscle then no because muscle weighs more than fat...if not, it might be a little overwieght but she is also short which makes her look bigger than what she is...if you really are concerned see a doctor and see what he has to say.

go to http://www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/bminojs.htm enter her height and weight and see what her bmi is. i think that thats a good weight i dont thinks shes too fat.
