I have noticable back fat and my thighs are more jiggly than muscly along with my butt blending in with my lower back fat. What exercises are best to getting rid of this? Also I have upper arm fat in the back near my arm pit and in the front near my armpit aswell. I'm 97 pounds and I'm 4'11, but I know that fat weighs less than muscle and that fact bothers me because I feel I have too much. What's the best way to get rid of these exercise wise along with a less fatty diet? Note - I'm not obese at all. Not even over weight, but it's all noticable.

the best way to get rid of fat is to do cardio, like running/jogging/power walking/biking. but to really burn fat or lose weight if you need to lose that you need to burn more calories than you consume

If you are that slim and tiny, I'm sure that regular exercise and weights will help keep you trim. Don't do a crash diet, just eat healthy. For the best answer, talk to you doctor about a proper diet and maybe a personal trainner for right exercises to help with those "problem" areas.
