i want to incoroprate exercise into my health runtine, but im not sure what to focus on. i want some kind of ruotine that will be primarily focused on losing weight, perhaps adding overall tone. my goal is to lose 15 pounds.

Don't forget about what sumfight said on the diet video that i posted.....he lost half of his weight just by playing DDR and giving up soda (among other fattening foods....). You could buy a Wii and lose weight playing that sports game comes with the consul (i saw a weight loss vid that included the Wii sports game, i don't remember it as well as the sumfight DDR weight loss vid though....). Hopefully this helps joey!!

Start with walking and then work your way up to a stairclimber. Stairclimbers do wonders for your legs and butt. Or do like I do. I have a staircase in my house. I walk up and down the stairs for 30 minutes. It may look silly but boy does it give you a good calorie burning and leg butt toning workout.
