try doing this extersize:
• Skip rope for three minutes. (A round in boxing is three minutes long.)
• Take a minute off, and do as many crunches as you can.
• Skip rope for another three minutes.
• During the next minute between rounds, do as many push-ups as you can.
• Back to skipping for three minutes
• Do crunches for another minute. Repeat.
You can alternate rounds of skipping with crunches and push-ups until you've completed 30 minutes or more of exercise. After the second or third round of skipping, your heart rate wonít drop that much during the crunches and push-ups.
You might not be able to do more than a few intervals of push-ups. Use any exercise you want during the minute between rounds. Try doing squats and lunges (with or without weights) to give your larger leg muscles added work. Do upper-body exercises with dumbbells during that minute. (Use proper form. Don't rush.) One more thing: Skipping rope emphasizes your calves, so be diligent about stretching them.

also you can try eating half a spoon of cinnamon each day. that increases your netabolism.

good-luck*-*

That sounds like the perfect weight to me! Just remember, when you are 14 you are still growing, so your weight may change, you still may gain weight without getting taller right away, then get taller a bit later, and you shouldn't worry about it.

However, whatever your weight and age, if you're skinny or fat, exercise is still important to be healthy and keep you from getting fat. Simple exercises like walking, jogging, running, or riding your bike are good, if you do them every day or almost every day. My best friend (who was fat) lost maybe 20 pounds riding her bike just to & home from school every day! Another friend (who is not fat) rides her bike every day, and while she hasn't lost weight, she doesn't gain weight and she's got a great sense of balance.

This is like the fifth time you have asked this question.

You are very thin. Your perfect!!!

But for good excersizes try this,

push ups
crunchs
run up and down stairs for 10 mins
side curl ups
leg lifts
reverse push ups

Hope that helps, you Skinny Minny!

That is a healthy and slender weight for that height. And at that age your weight might change if you have more growing to do. Really, all that you need to do is maintain a healthy lifestyle and do the recommended cardio for any person.

I am 14 years old, and i am 122. I feel perfectly comfortable with my weight. Sometimes it crosses my mind to lose weight. Just do whatever you think is right.

Do you really want to look like an anorexic person??? I do not think most guys want to date a girl that look like all bone and no skin. I sure don't. Just as long as you have a good body (JLO) and tight skin, then your not fat.
P.S. muscle is heavier then fat.

No. You sound healthy. People are going to tell you to lose weight but at your age, it will come off easily (it's often called puppy fat...).If you wanted you could walk your dog further (if you've got one) or go swimming once a week or so but please don't get obsessed about your weight.
