I have about 2 cups of coffee a day (sometimes more) and I'm always tired. Someone know any remidies to help quit my caffine addiction?

ima 17yr teen boy.heights 5-8 to 5-9 and currently weigh 234pounds.ive currently dropped down from 258. and i heard of this hollywood miracle diet where u can lose 10 pounds in 2 days.so this has gave me a idea to do a 5 day or 4 day juice fast.anyone know how much i can expect to lose doing this for 5 days.thanks alot

usually when i get home from school i have a lot of water and assorited snakcs... but i get hungry right after i eat.... so im looking for a HEALTHY snack that will keep me full from the time that i get home from school, 3:00, to the time i eat, 5:30-6:00. suggestions please


ps- also,if you could include a link for a website that has many healthy choices for dinner, lunch, etc.

but the thing is when
i have a shirt on i look skinny but like in a bathing suit i have fat
and well its like if i dint have that fat i would be perfect
i dont care about the weight i just want the fat gone

would it be a really bad idea to throw up after occaisionaly eating junk food?
i eat healthy food but everyonce in a while i eat junk food and i know it's bad for me and makes me fat
...so if i had some cake one night and threw it up an hour later and had some salad...would it be really bad?

before february because i have a dance coming up. i am 175 pounds 5'4" i no discusting right anyway.. i dont want to work out outside of basketball (we do LOTS of running!) but i would like to lose 20-50 pounds in 5 weeks HELP PLEASE!!!!!

I already feel a lot better, and I have a lot more energy, I was a big white bread eater, I have removed all bread products from my house, ,,,,no rolls, breads, or crackers,,,,but since I am not a big cookie eater, I do have cookies in the house, but that is not a problem for me........how will I improve physically with out bread products?

my health teacher told me that when you eat late at night and go to sleep it does not affect you and you will not gain weight. i do not remeber the exact deatils behind that but some kid was trying to argue with her and say she was wrong, and that u do gain weight if u eat and go to sleep late at night...so she looked it up and they said that u dont gain any weight. i told my friend this and she says u DO! I DISAGREE! so please yahoo, let me know if i/my teacher is wrong.

If I exercise more I will need more calories and most likely be more hungry right? OK so If I want to loose weight should I avoid eating those extra calories in order to create a deficit or will that just end up slowing down my metabolism. also I seem to remember someone saying something to me about if you lift weights and you want to build muscle you have to eat before but If you want to loose weight you have to eat after or something like that. or is it the other way around . or is it something completely different . I mostly want to loose weight but some muscles would be nice also . thanks

I read an article that said poor people are more likely to be obese than wealthy people. I disagree. I have been living off of a $789 biweekly paycheck for two years and I always monitor my diet. It's rare that I overeat. I have probably only been two to three pounds overweight twice within the past 2years. I always buy the cheapest and nutritious foods at the grocery store. There are always seems to be food affordable with nutrients in it.

I lost 4lbs in 7-9 days. All Im doing is eating 1200 calories a day and doing 100 sit ups a day. And I also went bowling that week. Why am Iosing weight faster than normal? Im not saying its a bad thing! Im just wondering.
