I'm working out and doing good, but looking at TV and seeing those who loose weight all go through plastic surgery. I just wanna know will I have to do that too?

I am 5'3" and was 206 lbs in Sept 06

I lost weight and am now 130 (still got another 15 or 20 to go)

I did it without cosmetic surgery of any kind.. Just diet and exercise..

If you are really heavy but you don't really eat "that bad" please see your doctor and ask about tests for things like hypothyroidism, etc... if there's a medical reason that it's easy to put weight on and almost impossible to get it off.. you're just going to be bashing your head against a wall, get fustrated and either give up or get an ED..

They don't "all" go through it, but it is an option to remove loose skin, not flab. Surgery to remove fat (lipo suction) is not good.

If you lose weight in a sane way, not quickly, then you have less of a chance of having too much skin hanging around.

Everyones body is different but I think that tends to happen more to people who drastically lose a lot of weight too quickly. You're doing it the right way so I think your chances are less. Good luck!
