I weigh 114 lbs and I'm 5'4'. Do you think that's okay or should I loose some weight?

You are definetly okay. On a BMI scale you are a 19.6 which is a normal weight. This is the BMI scale..
Underweight = <18.5
Normal weight = 18.5-24.9
Overweight = 25-29.9
Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater

I weigh 122 and am 5' 2' which puts me at 22.3, so I am normal but I feel that I am fat since I am on the higher range of the 'normal' BMI scale. You are on the lower range of the BMI scale. You really dont have to lose any weight and if you decide to dont go any lower than 108 because then you would be underweight. Hope i helped!

From beyond enjoy I could say don't weigh. For me that used to be the quickest technique to sabotage myself. I think that you should eat some weight. So many people in this world are either to fat or to skiny. If you weigh only 114 I think you are just perfect. But just because you are healthy and skinny now,make sure you eat healthy and stay fit, so in the future you dont become sick and have problems with your health. For now girl, you are doing good!

You are actually considered too thin! I'm 5'6 at 145lbs. with curves in all the right places! Plus I do weight lifting and some of the weight is muscle.

That is an absolutely perfect weight for your body. I am around 5'1 and I weigh 111.

Your BMI is 19.6. You are normal. I am really underweight, My BMI is 15.2, I need to gain 20 lbs. You are normal, don't even think about losing weight. You would become unhealthy and it will be hard to gain it back once you are underweight.

well i weigh 107 and im 5'4' but ppl say im too skinny. so dont try to lose weight, your probably fine the way you are. :)
